for Avagyan Vineyards.
for the Institute for Policy and Governance at Virginia Tech on how to use the new website and navigate forms. This was in the form of recorded audio over a PowerPoint presentation with “live” recording of a user navigating the site and forms. (2011-2012 affecting 30+ associates)
for Fidelity Investments for multiple types of employees who do different jobs on using a new system that contains profiles of information pertaining to access of applications in the company. This consisted of scheduled 30 min sessions of 20-100 people on video conference with a combined PowerPoint and live demo. There were also recorded versions of this training and color-coded references guides for self-serve use.
for Kollmorgen, Easy-to-follow screen shots, and video recordsings on how to use systems that lack proper training documentation. (Camtasia, Powerpoint, Articulate Rise 360 affecting 30+ associates)
Logos
for small businesses including those for headers on websites or print materials like car magnets, t-shirts, and more. Some of these logos I helped commission more skilled Graphic Designers to create the final product while I served as a liaison between the businesses and that Graphic Designer.
Documentation storage hierarchies
for businesses to appropriately manage their documents in intuitive ways which are easy for all associates to understand which improves productivity. (Sharepoint, Local Drives, ServiceNow, etc.)
Digital Signs and Newsletters for Internal Business Communication
used as advertisements for clubs within companies to help promote events and dates of service with interactive links, videos, and graphics to educate the audience about Cyber Security topics.
Management-associate connectivity platform
that had restricted permissions for privacy and software that enabled associates to give their managers updates in real time without having the need to send weekly, daily, or monthly update emails. This was also used as a way for associates to record their accomplishments which makes the performance review process move more quickly for both associate and management.
